2012 SEASONAL FLU VACCINE NOW AVAILABLE FOR THOSE
WITH INSURANCE & WITHOUT INSURANCE
- If you have health insurance coverage, we will need to verify your insurance coverage. Please bring your insurance card with you to your appointment.
- For an appointment, please call 592-4431 during the hours of 8:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. or 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.
- Flu Shots will not be given without an appointment. Scheduling appointments helps ensure efficiency and convenience for our clients.
- Children receiving vaccine must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, and have their complete immunization record present. Vaccine is given to children six months of age and older.

The Athens City-County Health Department is currently making appointments for flu vaccine for anyone 6 months of age and up.

Children must be accompanied by parent or legal guardian. Children must bring complete immunization record.
Vaccine for the seasonal flu may also be available from other providers locally.
